Principal

Mr O'Neill is the Principal of Trinity College. Mr O'Neill joined Trinity in 2019. He has spent nearly 30 years working in Catholic education, having held leadership positions at Corpus Christi College and CBC Fremantle, and most recently as Principal at Lumen Christi College. Mr O'Neill holds a Degree in Human Movement from The University of Western Australia and a Masters Degree of Religious Education from The University of Notre Dame Australia. Additionally, he is currently the Principal Representative on the Students With Disability Funding Working Party coordinated by Catholic Education Western Australia (CEWA).

Mrs Hughes is the Vice Principal of Trinity College. She is an experienced leader in Catholic education with 25 years of experience as an educator. Mrs Hughes was most recently Deputy Principal of Staffing & Operations at Lumen Christi College in Perth. Prior to this, Sabrina was a member of the Executive Leadership Team at Mercedes College where she held the positions of Deputy Principal Student Life, Deputy Principal Faith & Mission and Director of Research & Innovation.

Deputy Principal - Mission and Engagement

Mr Byrne is the Deputy Principal of Mission and Engagement at Trinity College. He is responsible for all aspects of mission, Catholic identity and faith development within the College. Furthermore, he seeks to forge genuine and meaningful links with the surrounding Parishes and the wider community with a view to enhancing the College’s engagement in this regard. Mr Byrne is responsible for ensuring that the College maintains its authenticity and identity as a Catholic school in the Edmund Rice tradition and that this is transparent to all those associated with the College community.

Deputy Principal - Learning and Innovation

Mr Hince is the Deputy Principal of Learning and Innovation at Trinity College. He has a responsibility for the development and implementation of the curriculum and associated policies, to oversee the teaching and learning process, to effectively use data to inform curriculum innovation and to help advise students on appropriate academic pathways. He oversees specific areas such as testing and examinations, academic tracking of student performance, student reporting and the structure of the timetable. Mr Hince seeks to develop a curriculum that promotes the holistic development of students, is inclusive of the learning needs of all and develops enthusiastic, independent learners, committed to life­long learning.

Deputy Principal - Student Wellbeing

Mr Fritz is the Deputy Principal of Student Wellbeing. He has a responsibility for all aspects of student welfare, child safety practices, pastoral initiatives and behaviour management and intervention strategies. Furthermore, he seeks to develop, align and celebrate student formation programs, positive psychology initiatives and opportunities for student leadership. Establishing a culture in which boys feel safe, cared for, and strive for personal excellence, is an important aspect of this role. The Deputy Principal of Student Wellbeing provides a vision for, and leadership of, the College as a learning community that seeks to maintain the safety, welfare and dignity of each student central in all aspects of College life so as to encourage every young man on a journey of formation.

Ms Kenworthy has been an educator in Catholic Education for over 28 years. She focuses on student engagement through effective teaching and learning programs that provide high-quality relationships which are essential to ensure an enriching learning experience for boys. In addition, she has held leadership positions for 20 years. Ms Kenworthy has a Bachelor of Education (Primary Education), Masters in Education (Special Needs), Post Grad Cert. Instructional Leadership, Post Grad Cert. Gifted and Talented Education.

Geoff Searle

Geoff Searle

Business Manager

Mr Searle is the Business Manager of Trinity College. Mr Searle is responsible for most of the non-academic (Support) functions of the College, including Finance, IT, Human Resources, Properties and Risk. Mr Searle was most recently at another PSA school in a similar role for 11 years and has considerable experience in similar financial and management roles in the banking sector.
